AATECH is specialized in developing, producing and marketing of LED lighting products. Since founded in 2008, our products have been sold worldwide, now we spend more energy on R&D and production, in order to do more for our regular partners, we provide more advantages services for our agent.


With the purpose of developing more advanced technology in LED market and let the clients enjoy more better LED lighting products. Simultaneously, we need more and more stable clients to get larger sales, and to grow up together quickly. Therefore, we need more strong enterprises to sell our products stably in a certain area as our agents.
Please read the related policy below:

Agent type and feature
1) There are two type agents, exclusive agent and ordinary agent;

2) A very strong enterprise could be the exclusive agent in one country or some area. The number as exclusive agent in this area is only one. But there could be many ordinary agents;

3) AATECH will not sell LED lighting products in the exclusive agent's area;

4) The exclusive agent is responsible for the sale in the whole area. Meanwhile, they could develop more ordinary agents. AATECH has the right to withdraw the agent qualification in the case that the exclusive agent has poor management or its sales amount can't achieve the target.

 

Exclusive agent policy

 

Conditions to be exclusive agent:
1) To be exclusive agent of our company, for the customer, the LED lighting products should have been within its main business, or LED lighting products will be its main business in the near future.
2) To be exclusive agent of our company, the customer has to provide the relevant business license, legal person certificate.
3) The number of the staff which is specialized in dealing the LED lighting products business should be at least five worker, including one technician, three sales men, and one supervisor.
4) The customer should provide complete commercial plan which includes the general introduction about the enterprise, local market analysis, peer competition situation, market promotion plan, and the annual sales target based on this plan.
5) The company registered capital is at least USD100,000.

 

The rights and responsibilities to the exclusive agent:
1) The exclusive agent should take promotion with the "AATECH" brand, and all of the products should be marked with "AATECH".
2) The annual sales amount should be confirmed according to the applicant's business proposals and our comprehensive understanding of the market.
3) The exclusive agent should hand in the market report to us quarterly, the market report should include the sale situation, the problems, the needed support from us, and the market trends, etc.
4) The exclusive agent has the right to deal with all the inquiries from his area except the inquiries from several old customers, we promise that the prices we offer to the exclusive agent will be not higher than the prices we offered to the old customers. We shall offer the detailed information of the old customers before we sign the contract with exclusive agent.
5) The exclusive agent should know some basic information of LED lighting products, such as each watt LED quantity, Input, Output,etc.

6) The exclusive agent should visit our factory at least one time every year.

 

Support items for the exclusive agent as follows:


1) All the inquiries we got from the exclusive agent market will be forwarded to the agent.
2) According to the commercial plan, AATECH will grant 1-3% of the sole agent's yearly sales amount to the sole agent for advertising subsidy, which includes trading fairs, newspaper, magazines, website ads and so on. As long as the sole agent could show us the evidence of these advertising actions, such as pictures taken on the trading fair, copies of magazines, website links, etc., the subsidy will be granted every half year. On 1st July, The first half year's subsidy will be fulfilled. And the second half of the subsidy only will be fulfilled by 31st December, on the condition that the agent achieved the yearly sales task or above.
3) AATECH could provide free advertising materials and mass project's necessary samples as support, and the shipping costs will be paid by the sole agent.
4) As to the world famous trading fairs, AATECH will offer samples and pay the booth. And the exclusive agent has to cooperate with us to offer our staffs local transportation and accommodations. The customers' inquiry from the exclusive market area will belong to the agent, and customer inquiry from other areas will belong to the Headquarter.
5) Every year AATECHwill arrange yearly trip to visit customers as well as perform after service. And the trip also could be treated as a conference with the exclusive agent for marketing strategy.
6) AATECH's website and catalogue will post our exclusive agent's related information.
7) AATECH is not allowed to sell to the exclusive area directly or indirectly.
8) The price list for the exclusive agent will be among the lowest in that area, and details will be revealed in the contract. And the exclusive agent could offer constructive suggestions on price defining. The inquiries you got from your local area will be dealt with directly, while the Headquarter will deal with the mass order inquiries (above 100000USD) directly. And we will keep the agent informed, and assure to grant the agent 2% commission after the order placed in our company.
9)  As for some big projects, if required,we can dispatch sales and engineers to work with the agent for technology support and sales coordination. The costs caused by the business trip will be evenly paid two sides.

Ordinary agent policy:

Conditions to be ordinary agent:
1) To be the agent of our company, for the customer, the LED lighting products should be within its main business.
2) To be the agent of our company, the customer has to provide the relevant business license, legal certificate.
3)The number of the staff which is specialized to dealing the LED lighting products business should be at least three, including one technician, one sales man, one supervisor.
4) The customer should provide the commercial plan which includes the general introduction about the enterprise, local market analysis, peer competition situation, market promotion plan, and the annual sales target based on this plan.
5)The company registered capital should at least USD100000.

 

The rights and responsibilities to the ordinary agent:
1) The annual sales amount should be confirmed according to the applicant's commercial plan and our comprehensive understanding of the market.
2) The agent should hand in the market report to us quarterly.
3) The agent should share the latest LED panel technology information with us each other.

 

Support items for ordinary agent as follows:
1) According to the commercial plan, AATECH will grant 2% of the agent's yearly sales amount to the agent for advertising subsidy, which includes trading fairs, television media, newspaper, magazines, website ads and so on. As long as the agent could show us the evidence of these advertising actions, such as pictures taken on the trading fair, copies of magazines, website links, etc., the subsidy will be granted every half year. On 1st July, The first half year's subsidy will be fulfilled. And the second half of the subsidy only will be fulfilled by 31st December, on the condition that the agent achieved the yearly sales task or above.
2) AATECH could provide free advertising materials and mass project's necessary samples as support, and the shipping costs will be paid by the agent.
3) If participate in local influential exhibition, extra 15% discounts based on ordinary agent price could be given for exhibiting products. Agent undertakes the freight fee. If necessary, AATECH could send staff to help exhibition. Agent will undertake the resulted cost.
4) Every year we will arrange yearly trip to visit customers as well as perform after service. And the trip also could be treated as a conference with the exclusive agent for marketing strategy.
5) AATECH offers favorable price for the local market, and suggest the final price. AATECH has the right to handle the new clients from this region.
6) As for some big projects, we can dispatch sales and engineers to work with the agent for technology support and sales coordination. The costs caused by the business trip will be evenly paid the agent.
